Mobile pet grooming in the Chouf

The van is self-contained. Its own water tank, its own hot water, its own power. It works the same at a village house with no outside tap as it does anywhere in Beirut.

The dogs we see up here
More outdoor dogs, more guard dogs, more working breeds — German Shepherds, Malinois, mixed-breed farm dogs — and heavier coats than anything we see in the city. Plenty of them have never been groomed before.
We plan for that. A first appointment on an un-groomed adult dog is slower, and we'd rather do a shorter, calmer session and come back next time than force a full groom through on day one. You only pay for what we finish.
Ticks, burrs and summer coats
Tick pressure in the Chouf is real from spring onwards, and a thick coat hides them. Every brush-out here includes a check through the coat, behind the ears, around the collar line and between the pads. If we find ticks or fleas we tell you before we start — a flea groom needs a medicated bath and a full sanitisation of the van afterwards, which is [PRICE].
We don't shave double coats for summer. It doesn't cool the dog down and it damages the coat. A proper de-shed does far more.
