Booking and order details

When you book or contact us, we keep the details you give us (name, phone, address, pet details) only to arrange and deliver your appointment. We don't sell them.

Website measurement and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure how visitors use the site and whether our ads lead to bookings. This records pages viewed, taps on WhatsApp links and completed booking requests, along with device and browser information and cookies set by Google. We use this to measure our ads and help Google show them to people likely to book. Booking contents, names and phone numbers are not sent to Google.

Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, or whose region can't be determined, are not measured at all.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. To ask about or delete your booking details, message us on WhatsApp at 79 450 883.
