What happens next
You'll get a confirmation with a time window. On the day, we message when the van is on its way. We arrive, you hand your pet over at the door, and we message again when they're ready.
What to have ready
Nothing, really. We bring water, power, shampoo and every tool. If your pet is on medication, has a skin condition, or has had a bad grooming experience before, tell us in the notes — it changes how we work, and it's better we know before we arrive than halfway through.

Free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Need to change it after that? Message us and we'll do our best.
