Mobile dog grooming in Lebanon, at your door
Your dog gets groomed in our van, parked outside your building. No car ride, no crate, no hour in a room full of barking strangers. One dog, one groomer, start to finish — then we're gone.
The van carries its own water, its own hot water heater and its own power. We don't need a tap, a hose, a socket or a driveway from you or your building. We need somewhere to park within reach of your door.
What a full groom includes
- Brush-out, and de-matting where the coat can still take it
- Warm bath with shampoo chosen for your dog's coat and skin
- Full blow-dry and de-shed
- Haircut to breed standard, or exactly how you ask for it
- Nails trimmed and filed smooth
- Ears cleaned
- Paw pads and sanitary area trimmed
- Teeth brushed
- A light spritz and a clean bandana on the way out
If your dog doesn't need a haircut
A bath and brush covers the wash, blow-dry, de-shed, nails and ears with no scissor work. It's the usual choice for short-coated dogs, and for long-coated dogs between full grooms.
Summer de-shedding
If you have a Husky, a Golden Retriever, a German Shepherd or a Spitz, you already know what August does to your floors. A de-shed treatment pulls the dead undercoat out properly with a high-velocity dryer instead of spreading it around your flat. We don't shave double coats — it damages the coat and makes the heat worse, not better.
Breeds we groom most in Lebanon
Maltese, Shih Tzu, Poodles and Poodle crosses, Yorkshire Terriers, Pomeranians, Spitz, Bichons, Cocker Spaniels, French Bulldogs, Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds and Huskies — plus a lot of Lebanese mixed-breed rescues, who are often the best behaved of the lot.
Nervous dogs, senior dogs, first-timers
We don't sedate, and we never will. What we do instead is go slowly. For a dog who has never been groomed, or who has had a bad experience somewhere else, we'll do less on the first visit and build up from there. If your dog reaches the point where continuing would frighten or hurt them, we stop, tell you honestly what we managed, and only charge for what we did.
Senior dogs get the shortest session we can manage, standing on a non-slip mat, with breaks. If your dog has a medical condition, tell us when you book.
Matted coats
A coat matted to the skin can't be brushed out. Pulling at it hurts, and cutting through it blind is how dogs get cut. In that case the honest answer is a short clip to get the mats off, and then a plan to grow the coat back properly. We'll look at the coat with you and tell you what we're going to do before we start — never after.
How long it takes
Anywhere from 30 minutes to two and a half hours. It depends on your pet's size, breed, coat condition and which service you've booked — a nail trim is quick, a full groom on a matted double-coated dog is not. You'll get a time window when you book.
